APPLY FOR A SWIM SCHOLARSHIP

We understand the expense of swim education may be a strain on a family’s budget. We are committed to help deserving families to reduce their cost of through tuition assistance. The swim lesson funds have been provided by members of the community to honor Patrick Vega’s legacy.

Financial Assistance Application Process:

Applications are reviewed confidentially in the order they are received.
Applications must be filled out completely and most recent pay stub attached to be considered.
All applicants will be notified of the decision within 14 days after receiving the application.
Applicants who are approved will receive a tuition assistance agreement outlining expectations for tuition payment, at which time they may accept or reject the assistance. The agreement must be signed and returned to Patrick Vega Scholarship no later than 10 business days after the date of the agreement.
